Excellent intro into wilderness medicine for anyone in the medical field or who engages in remote/austere activities and who wants to increase their survival preparedness.
I learned a lot about both wilderness medicine and emergency medicine. Opened my eyes to opportunities in emergency medicine and provided skills and confidence in treating emergencies in the wilderness.

The class offered a unique perspective on the world of medicine. It can open a lot of doors that you wouldn’t think of. The wilderness aspect is so important to be aware of and the overall education gained is so worth it.
